Writers, contributors and advertisers must have permission to submit the articles, photographs, illustrations, charts and other materials they provide.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

A copyright owner or authorised representative may submit a written notice containing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material
  3. The exact BlogAgri page URL
  4. Contact information for the complaining party
  5. A statement of good-faith belief
  6. A statement that the information is accurate
  7. Confirmation that the sender is authorised to act
  8. A physical or electronic signature

Review Process

After receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, BlogAgri may:

  • Request additional information
  • Temporarily restrict the material
  • Contact the original contributor
  • Remove or replace the material
  • Reject incomplete or unsupported claims

Submitting a complaint does not automatically guarantee removal.

Counter-Notice

A contributor who believes material was removed by mistake may submit a counter-notice where legally available.

The counter-notice should:

  • Identify the removed material
  • Provide the original page URL
  • Explain why the removal was mistaken
  • Confirm ownership, permission or lawful use
  • Include contact information
  • Include a physical or electronic signature

Images and Third-Party Material

BlogAgri may use:

  • Original photographs
  • Licensed stock images
  • Public-domain material
  • Creative Commons material
  • Screenshots used for explanation or review
  • Images supplied by contributors or commercial partners

Image credits and licence requirements should be followed where applicable.

Use of BlogAgri Content

Unless written permission or applicable law allows otherwise, users may not:

  • Republish complete BlogAgri articles
  • Copy BlogAgri images
  • Remove author attribution
  • Sell BlogAgri content
  • Create substantially duplicated versions
  • Use BlogAgri branding in a misleading manner
  • Present BlogAgri content as their own

Short quotations may be used with appropriate attribution and a link to the original article where legally permitted.

False or Misleading Claims

Knowingly submitting a false copyright complaint or counter-notice may have legal consequences.
